Great Southern Wood Preserving (also known as Yella Wood, their trademark name) needed to increase their output production of preserved dimensional wood at one of their facilities in the southeast. Their plan was to add an additional wood treating cylinder, also known as an autoclave, to meet this production demand.
In 2005, our company was contacted by Coatings and Adhesives, a manufacturer of coatings (adhesives, water-based and UV) used on both consumer and industrial products based in North Carolina. They needed to improve the efficiency of their old equipment through implementing a new automation system.
